Voto dei clienti
Rete a doghe 160 x 200 cm -2x19 doghe- smontato senza piedi - KALISTA di YSMÉE - - Data di acquisto:17 settembre 2026
I strongly do not recommend this store. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
The store failed to deliver the bed properly in the first place. The package was left in the building’s hallway without my consent, and when I finally unpacked it, I discovered that the product was damaged.
I then had to wait three weeks for my complaint to be processed, only for the store to deliver two identical packages instead of resolving the issue. As a result, I still cannot assemble the bed.
The customer service has been extremely poor, and the entire process has wasted a significant amount of my time. I am now left with packages I cannot use and have to deal with yet another collection and refund process.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. A complete lack of professionalism and a very disappointing customer experience.
