I am really satisfied with both the shop and the product. After placing my first order, my wife noticed that I had selected the wrong item. I contacted customer service before it was shipped, and although it wasn’t possible to change the order directly, they quickly canceled it and refunded my money within just two days.
I then placed a second order for the correct product. During assembly, I ran into an issue because one of the packages contained the wrong part. I reached out via email, and the support team was extremely helpful and responsive. After I filled out a form and provided the necessary information, they promptly sent me the correct part without any hassle.
I had some doubts before ordering due to other reviews, but my experience turned out to be very positive. The communication was excellent—friendly, fast, and professional.
The only issue I experienced was with the delivery company. The first time, I didn’t receive any notification about the delivery, and when I got home from work, all 8 boxes were left in front of my door. Fortunately, only the packaging was slightly damaged and the product itself was fine. It might be worth considering a different delivery service to improve this aspect.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this shop.
